Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all kindredMaMa™ digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at support@kindredmama.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will process your refund promptly. You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days.

Eligible Refund Situations
You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your product
- You were charged incorrectly or received the wrong product
- The product was significantly different from what was described
- You are unable to use Notion and cannot access your template
Section 03
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- You have already downloaded and duplicated the Notion template and claim non-use
- You simply changed your mind after fully accessing the product
- Issues caused by your own Notion account settings or third-party software
- Duplicate purchases — please contact us before purchasing again

Digital Product Nature
All kindredMaMa™ products are digital downloads and Notion templates. Because of the instant-access nature of digital goods, we rely on the honesty of our customers. Our refund policy exists to protect you — not to be exploited.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery occurs instantly upon payment confirmation via your provided email address.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently banned from future purchases.

By purchasing from kindredMaMa™, you confirm that:

Digital Products and Delivery
All kindredMaMa™ products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with instructions to access your Notion template or downloadable file.
Delivery is instant. If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@kindredmama.com.
Notion Requirement
Our Notion-based products require a free Notion account at notion.so. kindredMaMa™ is not affiliated with Notion Labs Inc. We are not responsible for any changes Notion makes to its platform or pricing.
Section 04
License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a kindredMaMa™ product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own private use.
You are permitted to:
- Use the product for your own personal postpartum recovery
- Duplicate the Notion template into your own Notion workspace
- Customize and adapt the template for your personal use
You are not permitted to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of our content
- Use the product for commercial purposes without written permission
- Share your purchase link or access credentials with any other person
- Create derivative works for resale based on our templates

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, templates, text, graphics, and materials within kindredMaMa™ products are the exclusive intellectual property of kindredMaMa™ and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The kindredMaMa™ name, logo, and trademark are owned exclusively by kindredMaMa™. Unauthorized use of our brand or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

kindredMaMa™ products are designed for informational and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your healthcare provider or physician before beginning any postpartum exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have had a C-section, complications during delivery, or any pre-existing medical conditions.
Important Notice
kindredMaMa™ is not responsible for any injury, adverse health effects, or complications that may arise from following the programs, workouts, or meal guidance contained in our products. Use at your own discretion and always prioritize your health and safety.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. kindredMaMa™ reserves the right to change product pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you will pay.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other trusted third-party payment processors. kindredMaMa™ does not store your full payment card details.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, kindredMaMa™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
